Dr. Stephanie Foust received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2015. While at Northwestern, Stephanie had the privilege to intern under a chiropractor specializing in care for pediatric and pre/post pregnancy patients. She has a strong passion for educating families on the importance of starting chiropractic care at a young age and continuing through the different stages of life.

Chiropractic has made a huge impact on her family, and the quality of the life they lead. Seeing her son begin to thrive under chiropractic care changed her world. She chose to go to chiropractic school after chiropractic treatments and nutritional interventions eliminated her son’s ear infections, and significantly reduced his complications to a congenital abnormality. Now that she has finished chiropractic school, she is excited to move into her career by repaying her positive experiences and sharing what chiropractic has given to her family.

She has continued her postgraduate education and training through many organizations and in different ways. Her certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) was earned in 2017 through extensive examination, research projects, and over 200 hours of classroom education, resulting in further knowledge of pediatrics and prenatal. She also holds a certification in the Webster Technique, a way of relieving intrauterine constraint and balancing the pelvis to allow for the baby to be in the best possible position for birth. Another passion of hers is myofascial taping and exploring new methods of taping to reduce inflammation, pregnancy discomfort, and adjust improper posture which she utilizes through her ROCKTAPE certification of FMT I , II, and Pediatrics. In 2018, she furthered her interest in caring for moms by completing BIRTHFIT training to better meet moms where they are in their health journey. Along with this, she has received training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), or the Graston technique.

Stephanie and her family are originally from Des Moines, IA, and she is enjoying what Minnesota has to offer with her husband, Jamie, and their children, Remington, Thane, and Campbell. Everyone has become involved in their community through involvement in local Boy and Girl Scouting events, ballet performances, and various sports activities. Happiness is being active and healthy together, whether volunteering in the community, staying fit through weekly activities and chiropractic adjustments, or relaxing on the beach of Lake Harriet!
